Itinerary

1. Day 1

   Arrive Kathmandu

   Private transfer, welcome dinner in Thamel and gear check with your guide.

2. Day 2

   Fly to Lukla · trek to Phakding

   Dawn mountain flight, then a gentle riverside walk through pine forest.

3. Day 4

   Namche Bazaar

   Cross the Hillary Suspension Bridge and climb to the Sherpa capital.

4. Day 7

   Tengboche Monastery

   Afternoon prayers with Ama Dablam framed in the courtyard door.

5. Day 10

   Everest Base Camp

   Walk the Khumbu Glacier moraine to the base of the world's highest peak.

6. Day 11

   Kala Patthar sunrise

   Pre-dawn ascent for the definitive Everest panorama.

7. Day 14

   Return to Kathmandu

   Fly back to the valley for a celebratory Newari feast.

Travel tips

• Break the ascent with two acclimatisation nights in Namche.
• Pack a down jacket rated to -15°C even in spring.
• Cash is essential above Lukla — ATMs are unreliable.
